Description

Perched on the top floor of the Acapulco building, this bright seafront apartment overlooks the pedestrian waterfront of San Antoni with sweeping views across the bay.

From the living area and balcony you can watch the sun set directly into the Mediterranean, one of the reasons this stretch of Ibiza is famous around the world.

The apartment sits just steps from the island’s most iconic sunset spots — Café del Mar and Café Mambo — yet its position above the beachwalk promenade means there is no traffic directly below, making it surprisingly peaceful despite being in the heart of town.

Inside, the apartment offers about 65 square meters of comfortable living space with plenty of natural light and a relaxed coastal feel. The bedroom features a queen bed, and the layout works especially well for guests staying longer on the island.

Because of its quiet seafront setting and reliable internet, the apartment is particularly well suited to digital nomads, remote workers, or anyone spending a season in Ibiza.

Residents also enjoy access to two shared swimming pools, perfect for cooling off during warm summer afternoons before heading out to watch the sunset along the waterfront.
