A three bedroom, one bath house with large kitchen available in the village of New Berlin, NY. We have FAST internet, suitable for work from home. The area is rich in history and close to: the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY; Chobani and Golden Paints locations in New Berlin and Norwich, NY; and Colgate University in Hamilton, NY. A great location for if you’re visiting for Little League; moving to the area; or looking for a tranquil getaway in a lush, green, cool oasis.
This house is great for Chobani personnel looking for temporary living arrangements as it’s near by the facility and an easy drive to the headquarters office in Norwich.
Also great for families heading up to upstate NY to attend Cooperstown Baseball Camps.
Or for a quick escape from more urban dwellers, looking for some peace and quiet and to reconnect with nature. #cottagecore #hygge

The house has a lovely front porch. The first floor has the living room with electric fireplace and sofabed, and eat-in kitchen. The second floor has three bedrooms. Towards the front of the house has the master bedroom with a queen bed and electric fireplace, then next to that is the bathroom; then a single bedroom or office; then another bedroom with a full bed and electric fireplace.
There’s also a yard to the side of the house where a gas grill is provided for you.
There’s parking for 2 cars with the house in the parking area.
If you will be arriving earlier than 4 pm or need to check out after noon, please let us know with your reservation request. We might be able to accommodate you, fees may apply.
