Hi! We have been renting our apartments in Rio de Janeiro, NYC and Miami Beach for nearly 20 years, and now also our 1848 home in Upstate New York and apartments in Ibiza! We began renting long before Airbnb existed, mostly through word of mouth. We have made wonderful friends from all over the world, from guests who rented our apartments, and often we meet again on our own travels. Just this past year we saw friends in Paris, Ibiza, Ireland, Sydney, Melbourne, who we had first met when they were our guests.
